I was born on 7 April 1960 and grew up on a plot (small holding) outside the town of Bloemfontein in the Orange Free State - one of the provinces here in South Africa. I went to an academic school and matriculated (graduated from high school) in December of 1977, after which I was drafted to serve in the South African Defence Force for two years in the Signals Corps. I started to work in 1980, and after quite a bit of job-hopping, I found my niche toward the end of 1982. I now live in Johannesburg and I am a 40 year old GWM. I am 1.7m(5'7") tall and, as you can see, I have light brown hair and my eyes are green or grey, depending on my mood!
However, what you don't see in the pics, is that I am an affectionate, caring, loving person who would love to have someone special to share the rest of my life with. Like so many other older guys, I am unfortunately cursed with a weakness for younger guys ... causing me to have been hurt many times, but I know that my young soulmate must be out there somewhere! Ahhhh ... I'm into toyboys, you might think? Nope, I am seriously looking for someone special, who is younger, who shares some common interests with me, and who really does respect and feel affection for me ... someone who doesn't just want to be with me for what I can offer him ... are there still such young guys out there who actually prefers people of my type? Who knows ... ;-)
If you are one of those young guys who actually like older guys like me; who is cute (not necessarily beautiful) and quiet (not for reasons of IQ or lack thereof, but who prefers to spend evenings at home watching movies or engaging in intelligent conversation - there is life after sex, you know?), loving, intelligent and can hold his own in a good conversation (did I say that already?); willing to work at a relationship without giving up at the first sign of a difference of opinion; not tattooed or pierced beyond maybe a small, tasteful tattoo or a hole in the ear; straight-acting, mostly passive but versatile and without any hangups; preferably uncircumcised and small to medium endowed in the area that houses the crown jewels ... I hope you will get in contact with me! I do tend to have a definite soft spot for non-aggressive, dark-haired, brown-eyed, smooth, affectionate young guys who also happen to be shorter than myself ... ;-P~ (And you still wonder why my heart has been broken so many times?)
I have been blessed with a great sense of humour, and I have an avid interest in movies - mostly special FX and action (but my interests do stretch wider to include other movie types). Thus, I have invested in a cheap Aiwa Pro-Logic home theater system and a Philips Hi-Fi Stereo VCR, now I can enjoy my movies at home whilst utterly irritating the neighbours! Bad habits, you ask? Hehehe, I smoke too much; I'm addicted to coffee, TV/movies and my computer; I exercise way less than the ideal; I demand absolute loyalty, fidelity and respect; and I abhor chancers, freeloaders, alcohol abusers, over-the-top tattoos, excessive body piercing and all illegal drug habits! I am quite comfortable with cigarette smoking, though ... ;-) |
